The journey of this Company was conceived when the conceptualizer Bob Raynor decided to take some time off from his job with the then National Airline, Air Jamaica.He knew this was what he wanted and when the Airline recalled him, he instead handed them his resignation. He wanted to delve further into operating his own business and in 1991 he took the necessary steps to attain his dream and the rest is history.
The fourteen (14) hour days of hard work has not only provided the stability that is necessary for success in a startup business but also was a foundation of employment for our Jamaican citizens as well as being able to be a major contributor to various charities.
Today we are the leading distributor of electronic components and accessories and have tried to remain current and focused where the innovation is fast paced. Our staff is not only well trained but extremely courteous. They understand that providing first-class customer service to all our clients is the fundamental part of our business practice.
“Teamwork makes the Dream Work”; Challenges were discouraging at times, but with God as our guide we persevered. We are proud of the efforts made by all the members of our staff, past and present.They all contributed to the success of this Company. Indeed, we are honoured and proud to acknowledge that we have been able to retain some of the original members of staff that have been with us since the inception of the Company.
We take pride in dealing with all our customers and it is a privilege to serve them.They have supported us through the good as well as the difficult times and for that we are eternally grateful. We can proudly say that most of our customers have been with us since the beginning and have been very faithful and loyal. We thank you, as without your loyalty we could not have made it this far.
Our overseas Suppliers are the backbone of our success. Words cannot adequately express the support they have offered us. During our various economic challenges in Jamaica they have weathered the storm with us. At times it was mind boggling how much trust and faith they had in us. We however kept the lines of communication open and earned their respect. We cannot individually name them but they know who they are, and to them we say “Thank You”.
